Pro Learning is a program that offers intensive IT OJT courses to new employees who aim to be global IT leaders. The graduation ceremony of the recent Pro Learning was held with various teams presenting and sharing the past 10-week IT projects.
A total of 39 new employees participated in the event, as well as I&C Head Executive Management Director Sungjin Choi. Other BU heads, and the new employee deployment team head, also participated along with the team members. The proud No. 1 award went to the Golden Fingers Team which developed DIMS (Doosan Infracore Management System). Mr. Choi congratulated new employees on completion of the course, saying “I hope that you will realize your dream of becoming global IT leaders in this Doosan Group of powerful yet warm-hearted people.” I&C implements the Learning Program for new employees throughout the year. The Learning Program consisted of a 5-week Basic Learning course (started December 21st), a ten-week Pro Learning course, a ten-week OJT after new employees being assigned to various teams, and an H2 Friends Program (mentoring).
